"Where it all began… before we even knew we’d be lifelong friends”.

Back in Class 5-6, school parties were the absolute highlight of the year. No worries, no stress just waiting for the music to start and hoarding snacks at the food table. This picture right here is where it all started: the very first picture we ever took together! We had no idea back then that this random party photo would turn into a lifelong bond.

"Swapping school uniforms for sharp suits and formal fits.."

Every crew has that one legendary night where they trade worn-out hoodies for sharp suits, and this was ours. When a friend’s sister got married, we took it as a personal challenge to look unreasonably good. We spent half the time fixing lapels and adjusting ties, and the other half pulling off classic Joey moves and exchanging Chandler-level banter. Sure, it was a wedding, but let’s be honest we turned the venue into our own personal runway. How you doin?’

" Sun, sand, and deep conversations about nothing."

Standing by the water watching the sun go down, this hit way deeper than a regular weekend hangout. It was one of those rare moments where everything quieted down, and Chris and I started talking about what comes next.
Looking out at the ocean, we made a promise to ourselves right then and there to manifest watching sunsets together in different corners of the world. Starting right here at home, but aiming for every destination on our bucket list. Same brotherhood, bigger horizons.

"A decade apart, but not a single day lost."

A whole decade passed before we finally managed to get the entire gang back together in one place. Ten years of growing up, changing routines, and living separate lives you’d expect a bit of hesitation or catching up to do.
But the second we saw each other, it felt like no time had passed at all. We instantly picked up right where we left off, laughing at the same jokes and sharing the same effortless vibe. Proof that no matter how many years go by, this connection stays completely untouched.

“Welcome to the real world... it sucks, but you’re gonna love it because we’re all here.”

"The hardest goodbye, and a quiet ride back home."

Seeing Chris off at the airport was one of the hardest moments we’ve ever experienced. Arooj and I went with him, holding back every drop of emotion so he’d walk through those departure gates seeing us smile. I controlled my tears, reminding myself that he was stepping into an incredible new chapter of his life even if it meant leaving behind a huge piece of my heart.
We hugged him one last time, watched him walk away, and braced ourselves for the reality of him living across the pond. On the entire drive back home, Arooj and I didn’t say a single word. The silence in the car said everything we couldn’t bring ourselves to speak out loud.
